# Information request interactions in Specify 7

Hello,  
I seem to have 2 issues with information request interactions.

1. I can’t seem to add items to Information requests in SP-7. The “+” sign near items is always greyed out. However, it works in SP-6. See image below.

1. When I add items to an “information request” in Sp-6, I can view the information request in SP-7 however the list of items associated to it is shown as empty. It does show a “1” besides “items” in Sp-7, but I just can’t see the item in the list. See image below.

BTW, I’m using Specify 7 Version: v7.9.1.1
