Hi @MFKouk,

I am not able to recreate this issue on the latest version of Specify (`v7.12.0.6`). Are you running the latest version? Can you send the source spreadsheet as well or a [copy of your database](https://speciforum.org/t/send-a-backup-to-specify/767) so I can try that as well?
