Our IT staff just did the install of 6.8.01 and now the loan/interactions has lost functionality. I can’t add items to the loan, process gets stuck in endless loop. Any one else experience this? Charles ---

Hi @CharlesD, We have not had reports of this behavior after updating to Specify 6.8.01 in the past. If you don’t mind, could you send us a copy of your database to take a look at? [We have instructions here to upload it](https://speciforum.org/t/send-a-backup-to-specify-pc/767)! If it is larger than 100MB, you can upload it to a file sharing service and send us the link at [support@specifysoftware.org](mailto:support@specifysoftware.org). I’m sorry to here that you are having trouble with loans and interactions! If you are using Specify 7 alongside Specify 6, have you had any trouble there? ---

For future reference, this was solved by updating to [Specify 6.8.02](http://update.specifysoftware.org/6802).
