The solution to this should be pretty simple to implement. If you click the 
button next to the Equal -> Borrower, it will add another option that you can then set as Equal -> Authorizer.
The query should look like this:
Please note that this will only add an OR relationship, meaning that the query will return Agents that have the role of either Authorizer or Borrower. If you want to see the AND relationship of these two Agent roles, I recommend making a record set with the current query and then query from that record set on the second Loan Agent role.
